IncentiveBox.lv is Latvia's first digital platform for incentive travel, connecting corporate clients with verified local activity operators and DPT-standard programs. This website is operated by Codnity Dev.

• Product submission form — business name, email address, activity details, and contact information
• Review form — your name and email address

3. How we use your data

Data submitted through forms is used solely for the purpose stated at the time of collection:

• Inquiry data is forwarded to the relevant activity provider and stored for administrative purposes
• Vendor submission data is used to review and publish your listing
• Review data is used to display approved reviews on the platform

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties except the activity provider directly relevant to your inquiry.

4. Legal basis for processing (GDPR)

We process your data on the basis of legitimate interest (operating the platform and connecting clients with providers) and consent (submitting a form constitutes consent to process that data for its stated purpose).

We retain personal data submitted through forms for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
